As an LABC award-winning land and development company, we understand the things that are important to our local community such as reducing our environmental impact and making a positive social difference in the areas where we operate.
It is vital to us that we build thoughtfully designed, sustainable new homes that will last while remaining affordable to local people and we aim to embed sustainable and responsible practices into the business by empowering our employees and contractors.
Inspired by this, all of our properties come with electric vehicle chargers as standard and every home achieves at least a B energy rating as a minimum and has been for almost 10 years. We have also teamed up with Hill House School and implemented a tree-planting initiative where 55 new trees have been planted over the school grounds. This is just the start of a relationship with Hill House School that we intend to nurture as part of our contribution to the wider, local community.
Giving back to local charities is also something that is very important to us at Fenwood Estates, which is why we are proud members of the Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice 365 Club, so we can help to support families going through the toughest times. Please visit their website to find out more about the incredible work they do with children and families.
